I was wondering if aircraft carriers are allowed in Navalism. Some friends over at Wesworld said that they think that they aren't.

Aircraft/Seaplane Carriers
1910: experimental aviation ships; automatically granted upon completion of the 1910 Aircraft (1914 models) tech.
1915: floatplanes; flying-off decks for wheeled aircraft
1918: gunpowder catapults for floatplanes; separate landing and taking-off decks for wheeled aircraft
1922: hydraulic catapults; full length decks for wheeled aircraft; arrestor wires
1926: armored box carrier

There are a few Float Plane Carriers and Flying off Decks for wheeled Aircraft.... No One is even close to being able to build say a 1922 style carrier yet you cant start Researching the Tech until 1922 and earliest completion would 1924 and then you would have to design and build the ship.
