Seems a lot of AA considering more CLs were sunk by things not planes than things that are planes so far. I'd ditch 4 of the 88s and see if another twin 15 could be worked in.

I note :
- The heavy belt protection for a CL &... no barbette armor ( ? )
- 120mm belt is good for heavier cruisers with 8"or 9" guns.
- 22m, beam is confortable & the Seaboat quality is just 1,00...short

IMO, finaly 8162T is too much for 4T2x6" @ 30kts in 1920.

With the heavy vertical protection - they are definitely in the Bruiser category - able to stand and fight at quite close range

Seems good design to me - except the Barbettes + poss Freeboard + Skpg a bit low

Some reason for the combination of Moderate Speed (30 knots) + Firepower - but Heavy Protection ??

- and given emphasis on Protection - considered Turrets?

It should be 40mm AA,so;and as of barbettes it requires BB 20 Tech,as I originally wanted 3x3 150 mm guns so this is a compromise :
