  it's good to plan ahead  :D

  nicely balanced - but could consider:

    trading-off some stability for higher steadiness?

   heavier sec guns vs quite heavy armour protection on them

ahahaahhahaha...nope, looks like then end will be around Dec1920-Jan1921. Besides, I dont have any of the guns for this thing right now, or the slipway, or engine tech. You think all that would get done with the war going on?

I'm sure the RRC would love it if you built this thing during wartime. Every IC going into her is one that isn't going into winning a war.
