Light Industry: Michael Scott
Transportation: William Dargan

It should be noted that the Ministry of Defence deals with military matters, whereas the Ministry of Security deals with national security and police forces.  The Ministry of Projects deals with large ambitious projects, for example Project RR. While it deals with projects, it only leads the projects and other ministry are the ones to do it. Heavy Industry refers to major businesses which produce BP, Light Industry refers to commerical businesses (which makes up part of IC)
