Not a bad corvette.  Maybe upping it to 500 ton (2 for 1 BP) and increase the speed to 27 kts.

Close, real close. The oil firing remark is valid. france is using oil firing everywere now, for ease of logistics. Romania and Egypt are the suppliers.

But you forgot 1 thing.
The increased weight of the 24" torps.

And now I can nitpick on details.

The details.
France uses a 1914 37mm QF gun for AA purposes. Replace the 25mm and .5" machine guns  with 3 37mm's. 1 superfiring over the  forward 105, the 2 others  on the wings.

Gun armor ; 1" shield .5" other above deck for the main guns  , .5" shield for the 37mm's

Forget the long range wireless. These ships will be ment to operate together with the coast guard blimps. A short range one will do nicely.  Those 25 tons can go to ASW and/or more mines.

Remove conning tower armor, add those 2 tons to the combined mine/DC/Hydrophone weight - 35 tons then.
And lets agree on a pricetag by diplomatic means on the licence.
