Since all ships is due for their 10 refit,it is decided to refurbish all four during 1920.

Why not rip out the casemated 15cm guns and install some nice deck mounted 127mm guns instead. Probably could have actually cut some of the 100mm guns instead of adding 6 more (w/o changing the mount total btw).
