KIRA - the Katang Island Resort Agreement

Between Japan and Holland.

The signatories hereby proclaim and establish the foundations of a holiday resort on the island of Katang.

1 - The Kingdom of the Netherlands agrees to rent the island of Katang to the Empire of Japan.

2 - The Emipre of Japan will construct facilities on the island to accommodate tourists from Japan at special rates.

3 - The Empire of Japan agrees that the resort will be available for Dutch and NOI tourists to use as well at the same special rates as Japanese tourists.

4 - Foreign tourists are allowed, but at the standard rate.

5 - Tourists from the Empire of Japan and the Kingdom of the Netherlands will always have priority.

6 - The Empire of Japan will build a radio tower on the island in order to deal with reservations from around the region.

7 - The Kingdom of the Netherlands will create a boat service for the tourists between the arrival station at Karimun Jawa and the resort at Katang.
