If you've read the Dutch news, you've read about Colonel Geiner and Major Hind, two fictional Landmacht officers who are at loggerheads as to which way the Landmacht will head.

Here I will discuss some of the lessons of the Siam War and what the Dutch learned and did not learn from that war to this point.
