Subject to revisions as I learn the error of my ways..
(1) Edited in the "tip" from France. Paid off the french vessels on the ways, built in initial trade mission to Lagos.
(2) edited out the "tip" from France, reduced Katowice aid to fund Lagos
(3) edited the Falke/Raptor class DD to the Pike class DD...since I can build 1000t DDs but not 1500t ones.
