Is anyone using these aircraft in their lineup? If you are, please let me know so I don't infringe on your property.

Well apart from NS and Japan, I don't think anyone else is using it. Could be wrong, maybe Bavaria?

Basically just make up a name for a company, some people, and the designs themselves, then use historic designs if you like or make your own using amalgamations of similar planes.

Intend to use in revamped RFLM if no one objects.

I 'borrow' the designs from historical companies here and there. To me it seems wrong to say 'you can't use it because I use it' so you could even use the A6M or the B5N if we get there (though I prefer it if you buy the planes from Japan :) ).

Do keep an eye on what the Swiss are planning as they have this nasty habit of sueing other nations who 'borrow' designs that look similar to one of their own designs. :)

This is why I ask. All someone has to say, is that they have it already.

The Albatross line seems empty, so I asked to use it.

I give notice that I probably want to buy the Hotchkiss tank line from someone and that I also intend to use Carden Loyd and Marmom Harrington for Holland.

Fokker historical designs of course are available to me as well as the Nortthrop desgns which I want to ask permission to use because of Northrop's one time connection to Fokker North America.

As for the NS suing? That is why I ask. So far I have not heard no. If and when I need Zekes and Bettys from Japan, I will buy rather than expropriate.  Holland did not design them.

Carthaginian, I need permission for these as it is modified off American designs.

The bomber I need permission from Ledeper or Kaiser Kirk.

No need to ask me.
I generally stick with Royal Flying Corps planes- Sopwiths and Shorts ATM, probably going to favor Hawker planes as things progress, with some assorted Soviet designs creeping in here and there.

Ilyushin is definitely one line I would like to formally claim- NOW.
Yakovlev is another major line that I would like to officially claim.
