in exchange for 1917 engine tech currently researched and in development as well as torpedo tech.

These will be funded for integration in 1H1920.

To stand up the Riksluchtmacht a purchase mission is on its way to Bavaria to procure aircraft until Dutch tech becomes availavle.

It is standard practice to say where you got techs from in a tech trade, unless you want to keep it secret, in which case it takes twice as long to integrate the tech.

Its inside the NSC treaty group and will be announced at integration.
