In Q2/1919, 4.19 BP will be for sale. All nations may apply, however, Romania reserves the right to reject customers, if nessasary. Payment can be in the form of older ships, technology, cash, or economic arrangements. Tech concessions will be counted as equal to the full price of developing them independently to the 60% roll mark.

Ships can be built to Romanian standards or buyer specifications. However, the latter may require shipped components or tech transfer.

Bidding will take place in this public thread. Private offers will be posted here unless specifically requested not to.

The Rock Doctor

Will Romania consider tacking on military cash and doing construction?

maddox

Another Danton is being prepared for transfer (even 5)

I need more oilers and tenders.

Logi

Same question as Rocky.

TexanCowboy

As for military cash, it would have to be supplied. The main reason that I am being forced to do this is the combination of the refurbishment of the Danton($2.19) and the upgrading of a Type 2 Drydock to a Type 3 Drydock($5).

Adding on cash could be considered if the offer was good enough to warrent the delaying of the upgrade of the Drydock and the refurb of the Danton, freeing up a whole 'nother BP.

Logi

The RRC would like to buy 3.75t (for 5 750t DDs using your 5 Size 0 slip/docks) built to RRC specifications. There are no tech differences for the design.

The RRC will place an opening bid of $2 for each BP, so $7.5 civilian max out. The military cash is supplied as you requested.

GC won't be bidding - no cash to spare in 1919.  Have fun, fellas!

The CSA offers Romania their pick of our tech.
We could also assist in the refitting of the Danton, as we have many spare 9.2" guns already prepared (12 twin turrets).

France has 15 BP that isn't being used directly for warships.

So, I'm afraid No French job for Romanian Yards.

TexanCowboy

Those were meant for France....they paid for 3 airfields, and that's what they asked for.

maddox

Don't have any mil $$ left, the new re-armament program is costing too much.
But if you mean Rumania is going to build  ships for France, more Luisantes please.

TexanCowboy

No, the 9.2'' turrets....

Carth, how much tech are we talking about here, two, three? Also, would the CSA be able to pay the mil. cash for the building of their ships?

The CSA will probably be able to pay half-and-half.
