A. WHAYYY too  many BB's. Right now, you have 8 first class BB's either building or in commission, as well as two panzerschiffe's. You need more light cruisers. Cancel a Ocran II and build another five CL's and 15 DD's. Probebly it would be good to cancel a Panzerschiffe and build more ASW corvettes and some tenders, maybe even a updated Hamburg.
