Well, using hindsight, which thread seems to mount in abundance, the smaller weapons will be better for AA. But it will work either way.

True to a point, and I did think of that. But the 5/51 was a 1910 model gun while the 6/47 and 5/38 were both 1930's era so that is why I used them.
