Velikiy Knyaz Kirill Nikolaevitch Romanov died peacefully in his sleep.
It is a time of sorrow in all the lands he held domain over.
We are deeply saddened by this unexpected development.
It was know in the Velikiy Knyaz close circles that he did expect that his time on earth was coming to an end. It is for this reason that he did tried to get all his affairs in order and that why he did pushed for the electoral monarchy.

No they do not.
Whoever be elected will become leader for life.
Same principle like with Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth without the nobles part.
