This will help many of us with Marine engineering development in the navies we sim, up to the WWI in the RTL. I hope it helps. We are still not that far away from those guys in tech as it is in the Nverse. I wonder if there is an incompetence % we need to apply here in the sim, because as Stimers, Isherwood, and that boob, Dickerson, show, from the American example cited, those engineers were IDIOTS.
