The CSA has been looking at something similar, but with a main battery that works with in the treaty (13.5" guns).
This vessel's 15" guns are one size class outside Treaty limitations.

All in all, it's a nicely balanced ship- and might I might add, lacks the 'short belt' problems of many earlier ships that the ESC has put to sea! An excellent design, should the main battery be reduced... and proof that ships of excellent quality and fighting potential can be laid down under the Treaty terms.

Gun size is quite difficult for the Esc since Esc only 12" 40/50 cal and the 14" /45 and 15/45 and 50 16" 45 and building 18"45guns ,one of the main reasons for Esc not to adhere to "Richmond",at least for the time being

Well, how do you think the CSA feels- our 13.5" guns are a generation old, and our 15" guns are behind the larger guns that others are developing. Still, the caliber limitations are something we support- even though it means that we'd have to invest in a lot of new BB gun research.

And don't REMIND me that my primary heavy cruiser gun is the 9.2"!
Like England, that will likely come back to haunt me later on.

So the treaty is difficult for the CSA as well- in fact, I deliberately constructed it that way.
It gives us all a chance to try something new. :)

Rohan is fairly well set on the guns with 12/50, 14/50 15.5/45 and 15.5/50 that said Treaty BCs will end up looking quite a bit like the former NS I class BCs.

That's one area I don't have a lot of trouble in - 194mm, 234mm, 275mm, 305mm, 350mm, 380mm, and 400mm under development.

And on the other end: 37, 50, 88, 105, 120, 130, 150. Wonder if I should do something between 150 and 194? What would it be, a 170 like Bavaria or maybe a 165 like France? Hmm...
