Rejected because I don't have twin mounts, I don't have a good 6'' gun, and I don't have 1916 engines. It needs to be homebuilt to give my engineers something to do.

I need to use my BP, that's why I'm doing this...

if for example you orderd the engines from Rohan you would provide us with 4,000 tons of hull plating for a Wind Class CL (example) and we would provide you with a 4,000 ton engine (all weights hypothetical just for an example).

I would prefer not to go there. I don't really want to power game or try and circumgate the rules.

it actualy used to be quite common (UNK built all of Frances Turbines for quite a long time) as far as I know its still totaly acceptable.  Just somthing for you to consider realy.

In exchange for the turbines France made all the main guns and even turrets for the UNK. In effect, Earl 822 and me calculated it so it evened out.
But since 1909, France can build her own turbines, and shared the gun tech with the UNK.

Yeah Mario I knew that was yalls exchange, I was just using Hull plating as an example of somthing that could be exchanged.  Admitedly the nation suplying the Turbines would likley want to turn a proffit on them, and I know that some trades of this type still happen in the Nverse.
