That reminds me of that 28x7.5'' destroyer with no armour I simmed.

Would rather have 11 1000t DDs w/ 3 12cm guns than 1 11,000t DD w/ 8 19.5cm guns. 19.5 pack punch, but to slow firing to hit actual DDs and @ 11k she'll need her own escorts.  ;)

She's a DD leader, and will have her own flock of escorts.  But the 195mm remark is valid. So, here an other approach.
