The Ottomans are building their first submarines, the D-1 class. "D" stands for "Denizalticilik" (submarine). 4 were layed down in 1/1918.

Torpedo Tubes: 4 (2 bow with 2 reloads, 2 stern)
Gun: 1x75mm
Top Speed: 14 knots (surfaced), 10 knots (submerged)
Range (Surfaced): 2,000 nm at 8 knots
Range (Submerged): 60nm at 5 knots
Max Depth: 150m
Fuel: Petrol

Valles

Russian Typhoon class had a similar 'extended forward' sail design, IIRC. Granted, those are from a very different period, but as far as I know there's no mechanical reasoning behind the convention of placing the 'extended' lower part of the sail aft of the higher section.

   cute little sub - and the lower front section of the Sail looks good

   gun at the back - seems to make sense if mostly used for defence, are you going to add MGs at the front?

It might carry something man portable like an 8mm, but the ottomans aren't all that concerned with AA yet.

These four are really experimental get started sort of subs.
