Makes building a CDS very cheap, doesn't it?
So 'ere's to you, Fuzzy-Wuzzy, at your 'ome in old Baghdad;
You're a pore benighted 'eathen but a first-class fightin' man;
We gives you your certificate, an' if you want it signed
We'll come an' 'ave a romp with you whenever you're inclined.

No battleship can exceed 35.000tns.
No battleship can exceed the speed of 25 knts, and if a ship exceeds the speed of 25 knts, said ship will be considered a Battle –cruiser
Though, it is allowed, to exceed the tonnage limit with 1 % (350t).

No Battle –cruiser can exceed 25 .000 t, and can't be armed with guns exceeding 14" (350mm).
