This was included in the Heavy Armor Tech explanation, not sure when it was removed. The mods need to add it back in, our explain the tech better.

Heavy Armour (allows a lower level attachment (regiment or brigade or whatever your armies equivalent is) or independent formation that costs $4 per level plus a flat 4 BP)
Requires Experimental Armored Cars or Motorized Support Units

Your techs could not be finished yet as you failed to research the DD tech I explained last time for one. It would have required spending $1 in 1h-1918.

Since you owed $3 or more in tech, you would have to have changed quite a few techs. I will add them up again.

And since it would be obvious as to who is supplying such huge support to the RRC, I think you should list who is sponsoring the RRC tech increase.

I bought them from a variety of nations, not one nation only.
