Blooded

I am afraid I have bad news.

I noticed some discrepancies in your tech $. This compelled me to look at the older reports. In all it was very confusing. But the end result is that you have 12 techs you are using which never finished being researched or cannot be used without finishing an earlier tech(in this case 1905 Armored cars needs to be finished to start Heavy Tanks and 1905 Mobilization needs to be finished to get the 1910 ones).

Also Used 2 quarters(0.25 each) 1910 IC Engines as credit when only one of $0.25 was paid previously.
1/2: how many quarters spent/ how many needed
* means it is finished
? claimed tech or cant be used due to missing prerequisites

6/6* 1909 Engine: Engine year 1912, Max. Turbine power 20000HP/Shaft
5/6* 1910 Gun: Naval Gun Tech
? /6 1908 DD: success at 5/6(60%)
?4/6 for 1915 Tanks

?2/2* for 1910 MOBILIZATION/B Cutting Edge (+3): At General Mobilization can begin moving units from depots on day 5
2/2* for 1910 Gas Cutting Edge (+3): Phosgene
2/2* for 1900 LC Advanced (+1): ammunition hoists, deck torpedo armament, superfiring mounts
2/2* for 1906 BB/AC: Superfiring turrets, all centerline, triple turrets
2/2* for 1910 Aircraft: historical 1914 aircrafts
2/2* for 1910 Subs: Submarines
2/2* for 1912 Security: centralized cryptographic institutions, enforced radio discipline, Room 40
?2/2* for 1910 Tanks:  Historical 1916 tanks
2/2* for 1905 Shells: Armour-Piercing
2/2* 1913 Engine year 1916, Max. Turbine power 35000HP/Shaft

?3/4 for 1905 Radar: Early Huelsmeyer-type "radar", listening dishes, War tuba's
?2/4 for 1908 FC: Centralized FC, early directors -12 kyd

?1/2 for 1905 Mobilize: Can maintain two reserve units per one active strength unit
?1/2 for 1905 Light Inf: 5/1.5 Light Infantry/Cavalry
?1/2 for 1910: MTB (1 yrs)
?1/2 for 1910 Mobilize: Cutting Edge (+3): Can maintain three reserve units per one active strength unit
?1/2 for 1912 BB: Quad Turrets
?1/2 for 1906 Oil-firing boilers: Allows bunkers with larger than 10% percentage for oil
?1/2 for 1913: historical 1916 Airplanes

1/2 for 1913: (+5) 15000@26, 10000@30,7000@35, 200kg warhead (+1), 2t, 21"

0 for 1908 Shells: Cutting Edge (+3): Capped shells
0 for 1912 Armor: Sloped external belts; "All or Nothing" Protective Schemes
0 for 1914: MTB
0 for 1910 LC Cutting Edge (+5): twin gun mounts
0 for 1910 Motorize:  Motorized HQ, Artillery units; improved tactical mobility.
0 for 1910 Armor Cars:  Historical 1912 armored cars

1905 Armored Cars never researched-no Heavy Tanks without it

Development
2/2* for French Naval Gun - 14" L45

2/4 for Quadruple 14" L45  Turret

Luckily it can be caught up PDQ, but it causes other problems like the Special Infantry you have been buying or Oil fired ships.

Hmm... I looked over the reports. You are right about missing a few here and there; but I don't see nearly as many as you seem to see. I'll have to go back to check everything once again.

Its mostly the product of the 1916 war, since I had to change the reports as the war went on. I might have overlooked my redistribution...

Ok, all fixed.

Regarding your "discrepancies":

1915 Tanks Got Delayed (AC fault)
1910 Gas was Delayed (pushed by Tank tech)

1905 Amoured Car Tech was BOUGHT, but apparently forgotten to include by me, therefore adjusted.

The rest were all researched properly. To make up for the need of addition R&D money, the Quad 14" were delayed in development.

I shall go and wipe History of Technological Achievements now as it is a general mess to try to fix it all :-\

Blooded

I am not sure what you mean by 'bought'. Any tech paid or traded for, needs to be integrated.

Example: The 1908 DDs mistake came between 2-15 and 1-16 when the time researched was advanced one half but no money was spent in 1-16.

As to spent funds. a simple calculation will also show the total I wrote above to be correct.
Total Research Money spent:
8 halves at $3 each plus 2 halves(1/14 and 2/14) at $2.5 each and 0.25 credit from IC Engines=$29.25

Total spent as shown above:
19 halves spent on $1 each=$19(China Techs)
4 halves on 0.50 each=$2 (The Guns)
33 halves x0.25 each=$8.25 (Foreign Techs)
Total=$29.25

Sorry, its not meant as an attack, I was just figuring you could make it up in 1918 for the most part.

I meant that I bought it but forgot to digest it.
