Guinness

Obligatory Guinness DD harping: too slow, too much freeboard, way too many guns, BC way too low.

Twin mounts need mount and hoist.

Minelayer is good though.

TexanCowboy

When's that carrier planned? You need 1918 tech for anything decent. Really, I wouldn't try without it.

For the destroyers, can that be cut down to 6x5? Still way over-powering, for historical, but better. 140 shells is way too little. 200 is more like it.

Battleship...really, you need more cruisers. Normal cruisers. Otherwise, you'll get a top-heavy navy, and for a nation that needs patrol ships to cut off the Greenland Pass trade route, and the Russian Murmursk trade route, you need cruisers.

Sachmle

I too would ditch 2 guns for more speed on the DD. If you need Mini-light cruisers I'm sure the Dutch will loan you some topedobootjagers. ;)
