Very nice global Grosses Kreuzer  :) - seems very similar in concept to CSA Wheeler

my only suggestion - a few more Secondaries vs. TBDs

Well, it is pretty much a copy of concept. As to the secondaries, IF I wait until 1919 to lay down I'll have twin 12cm's and can go w/ 12-14. As for right now, it's either make her heavier and need a longer belt, or go w/ what she has, or go to 10.5cm guns.

Huh, that's funny. I went to 10 15cm and the weight actually dropped. Weird. Now I'm getting into space issues, but it should fit, if not rather tight.

You also lengthened but lowered the main belt height which saved ~50 tons vs adding the guns+armor, while adding more 150mm shells.
Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest
