Nicely balanced Cruiser

I have few queries - bow looks a bit of a steep ski jump - 17' to 27'

I think 6/7' jump might be max without looking - ... err bit odd (Furutaka looks like maybe only 4' rise to stem

On more serious subject - the armour - 16' main belt and 9' upper - puts 8' of main belt under water - more than you need? or are you simming thicker main belt that thins below water line?

I could do a 25 ft stem. That lowers seakeeping to 1.05, no problem for me. However, bringing it lower starts to mess with my stablity and fire platform ratings, things which I'd like to keep as they are.

For aesthetical reasons I can bring the bow lower ...

As to the MB - the view around here is that half of the MB goes under the water.

I don't know how to sim it tapering. But I'm not sure I'd like it to taper.

Deep belts give me good protection against quirks of the wave form, preventing hits below the armour.

Habsburg ships are not particularly fast, but usually are quite well armoured.

Bridge is just high enough to clear "Bruno" and "Anton" can't move forward because the barbette is at the forecastle cutoff.

Choose, light cruiser bridge or heavy cruiser bridge (idem to Takao  :D  :D  :D)

You could just increase the lenght until the first stack.
