Why would Romania need a BC? you would be better served building a few CDBBs

As to the torpedos - I am torn between sticking to my 20 inchers - the historical Imperial German 50cm. If I did - then I'd stop research at:
1913: (+5) 15000@26, 10000@30,7000@35, 200kg warhead (+1), 2t, 21"

However, the 24,5" British monster (mentioned in the Tech thread) is tempting, as is the WWI German torpedo in this calibre - 60cm.
