You can lose some weight by reducing the armoured belt length. Also, 10 torpedos per tube?

Guinness

My guess is the belt is long enough to cover the machinery and magazine spaces, but not much longer. My concern with the belt is that I think it's not tall enough for a 30 knots ship.

Also I think the 100mm guns might prove as much liability as asset alongside the 150mm guns on a ship with fire control. Seems to me that shell splashes might prove confusing at light cruiser engagement ranges.
