Albert-Pierre Sarraut (28 July 1872 - 26 November 1962) - President
Originally the French Governor-General of Indochina, Albert Sarraut lead Indochina into independence in late 1915.  He is much loved by the Indochinese people, but still keeps close ties with old allies in Mother France.
