Having said that, I'm tinkering with a dispatch boat that fits our destroyer rules, yet is the size of a cruiser.  You can imagine how much fuel that one's lugging around.

Like I said I tend to agree its overkill but figure a full day at max and it will realy cut into her range.  so if she had to outrun superior forces (damn few of them around) I want her to still be able to operate afterwards.
