Treaty of Macau

Signatories hereby proclaim and establish the foundations of peace and prosperity among our nations to ensure economic and social advancement towards common goals.

By signing this document, the contracting parties agree to the follow terms to produce better understanding, cooperation, and friendship among the signatories.

ArticleI: Non-Aggression Pact
  I.A : The acknowledging of the borders and sovereignty of the contracting nations.
  I.B : Vowing to eliminate hostilities and other injurious activities towards signatories.
  I.C : Agreeing not to stop possible aggression towards one another.?
  I.D : Agreeing to a Non-Aggression Pact

Article II: The improvement of Trade.
  II.A : Free movement of trade between the ports of Hong Kong and Constanta.
  II.B : Elimination of tarrifs and duties on traffic between these two prots and associated routes through them.
  II.C : Reduction of all Goods and Trade tariffs between our nations and other limitations of trade.
  II.D : Recognition of the desirability of moving towards the elimination of duties and tariffs hindering trade between the parties.

Article III: The creation  of the joint research projects.
  III. A : The parties are declare the intention to break through in the fields of rocket and aircraft technology.
  III. B: The parties shall engage in joint research in the named fields, sharing, trading, and advancing together.
  III. C. The parties declare the intention of developing a Ship to Ship rocket.

Article IV: The administration of the Treaty
  IV. A.  The trade ministers shall meet annually to address concerns regarding the treaty and consider the expansion of the treaty.
  IV. B. A Court of Justice shall be established by the nations to ensure the observation of prosperity law along with the interpretation and application of the Treaty.

The Reformist Republic of China and the Kingdom of Romania resolve to protect and strengthen trade, peace, and friendship amongst signatories by establishing this treaty.
