Quote1) Maoria pays to Gran Colombia the sum of $25.

2)  Gran Colombia cedes to Maoria the Cook, Line, and Marquesas Islands and Eastern Samoa.

3)  Maoria leases to Gran Colombia the islands of Tutuila and Nuku Hiva, for a period of 99 years, at no charge.

3a)  Maoria shall enjoy access to civilian port facilities on Tutuila and Nuku Hiva.  Maori access to military port facilities on Tutuila and Nuku Hiva shall not be unreasonably denied, provided that said access does not compromise Gran Colombian security interests.

4) Tutuila and Nuku Hiva shall, for the duration of their lease, qualify as a free trade area. Goods passing from one country to the other, via these islands, will be exempt from duties and tariffs normally levied on imports and exports.

5) Residents of the Cook, Line, and Marquesas Islands and Eastern Samoa shall have the option of acquiring dual Maori/Colombian citizenship while residing on these islands.  

6) Ownership of the undersea telegraph cable shall remain the private property of the Central Pacific Telegraph Company of Esmeraldas, but Maori interests shall have the right to pay for the transmission and receipt of messages.

7) Existent third party interests (private and non-governmental, such as the Green Cross) shall be respected.
