TexanCowboy

The first cruiser of the Romanian fleet. It was considered to be overgunned and outdated when built. It was captured by Vladmir Lenin in 1916 and is now in Ukranian hands.

UKN build cruisers. A class of 5, all named on Canadian cities, Norman or French.
The test with a light deck and a light belt isn't conclusive in 1908...  maybe when armed conflict erupts...

This ship was scrapped in 1917, as it was considered too obsolete for active use.
