Sure, you can use "4.72441 in" for the 120mm, and "2.952756 in" for the 75 mm. I got these values from SS, of course.  8)

Down the road if you want to move Romania toward imperial measurements for everything, that's not a big deal. Just buy guns, etc. made to Imperial measurements, like CSA equipment.
