GTB refits

Starting in 1HY/17 the 12 GTB 1909 ships will get DCs added. They currently have 28t of misc weight, but no breakdown was provided by Swamphen. I presume that the breakdown is as follows:
10t SR W/T, 6t 6 1t 50cm Torps. That leaves 12t to use for DCs, therefore I'll use 4t to give them 12 DCs each.

Once they're completed (~2 weeks) the 16 GTB 1912 will get similar upgrades. They each have 50t of misc weight, which should be 25t LR W/T and 6t 50cm torps. They will also get 4t worth of DCs.

All told it should cost me 0.11BP and 0.11KM for all of them using the 'functional replacing non-functional misc weight' costs from herehttp://www.navalism.org/index.php?topic=2965.msg30705#msg30705

Once these refits are finished all my newer GTBs will have ASW equipment. Should be by Feb 1917.
