1: The Kingdom of Burma recognise the borders and sovereignty of the Reformist Republic of China

2: Reformist Republic of China recognises and guarantees the borders and sovereignty of the Reformist Kingdom of Burma

3: All foreign forces are to leave the sovereign territory of the Kingdom of Burma within two months.

4: The Reformist Republic of China will pay damages to Burmese citizens for any damage caused by these recent misunderstandings.

5: The Kingdome of Burma will pay damages to Chinese citizens for any damage caused by these recent misunderstandings.

6: The Reformist Republic of China and the Kingdom of Burma undertake to jointly construct a Mandalay-Kumming railroad to further trade,
understanding and cooperation in the future.

7: The Kingdom of Burma guranatees the Reformist Republic of China the option to invest in Burma on terms at least as favourable as any other power.

8: The two powers will open their ports and markets to each others good and produce without inhibition.

9: The Kingdom of Burma will guarantee the right and privileges of its native Chinese traders and merchants.
