Just because I can, here's the three classes of ships completed starting in 1914.

Hi - great pics and love the Enterprise - what a beauty (a Tiger sized Hood - if I'm allowed to say that)

Please promise when she is modernised in the future - her deck armour gets upgraded

   Cheers  :)

Please redraw my horrible semi-dreads.
Those are visions of beauty compared to my own work!
So 'ere's to you, Fuzzy-Wuzzy, at your 'ome in old Baghdad;
You're a pore benighted 'eathen but a first-class fightin' man;
We gives you your certificate, an' if you want it signed
We'll come an' 'ave a romp with you whenever you're inclined.

Redrawing the Oklahomas is in the work queue. I don't know if I'll ever get around to the earlier ships. It probably depends on if I get stuck on some future design :)

The Rock Doctor

Allocate your future construction towards tramp freighters and you'll have plenty of time to re-draw earlier ships.

Guinness

Submarines! Submarines are easy to draw.

The Rock Doctor

Not at all.  They are horribly complex, and will drive you insane if you try to draw them.

Forgot to mention - great attention to detail in the internal diags - the Potato Peeler room - hopefully lots of French Fries lol

Guinness

Yes, the PPR is a design constant on large CSA ships. We eat a lot of spuds it seems.

OOC: This is a bit of an homage to the construction drawings for the South Dakotas (BB-49) which you can find here: http://www.navsource.org/archives/01/49.htm

Featured prominently in the side view showing internal spaces is the Potato Peeler Room (right under the mainmast).

Great stuff - but actually - given she is the Enterprise - I was looking for a Transporter Room ....

Hmm... If you are familiar with Star Trek deck plans: I should start working in the little duck. :)

Added the Oklahoma waterline illustration as well. Now classes of Capital ships commissioned from 1913 on.

Guinness

Added the last two classes of ships currently in service, Nuevo Leon and Virginia.
