Undergunned for her size IMO, strip away some misc weight, reduce the deck armour a bit and make her 8000-10 000 ton smaller.
Yes, that also means dropping the torpedo bulkhead, but one can get three ships instead of two, so 50% more offensive power, or significantly more support shipping.
