Replacement for Cyrus the Great with Cyrus the Great`s 10" guns reused in a twin deck mount

A fairly scary little coastal BB, but I think it needs a bit more depth on the main belt. A nice little design for Persia.

Problem is its main weapons are in deck mounts... 460 lb shells that have to be loaded in the open...  her rate of fire is going to suck...

That said id does have some nice punch for its displacement.

Main Belt raised 30 cm,and due to the age of Main guns, Deck mounts seems to be the only solution,since displacement is to be kept at max 4500 tns.

The Bushranger

At a glance...

-Armour belts are longer than the ship is
-Should have hoists (= powered mounts)
-Secondaries...casemates?
-Probably just cosmetic, but the turbines should be a round power level (say, 4300hp each instead of the 4388 and change they are now)
-I'd aim for a slightly larger ship to fit the hoists, try ~5000t light?
-Needs more cowbell

The twin 10" should be mount and hoist, otherwise these guns will train very slow, and not to take in account the reload times. 
And the exposed muntion and powderbags on deck.

But she can be build.

Twin 10" does not seem to  be suitable for twin deck mounts, with hoists or not.
Engine 1905.

Your ROF would be abysmal unless in a new barbette+turret mount.
Or just buy modern guns from a friendly power.
