Fast and good seakeeping on account of her length.  Can you not reproduce something reasonably close with 220m or less?

Jefgte

IMO, Too early for this kind of ship.

6x356-29kts-27000t...

Too much BP for armament / speed.

Wait 1918 to economise BP.

You could have the same ship for about 24.000t in 1918
----------------
1916 - 1BCx27000t
or 1918 - 1BCx24000t + 2DDs x1500t

Just my opinion...

Repulse, but with smaller main guns, and more sensible secundaries.

I personally am in the "no less than 8 main guns on capital ships" club, so I don't like the main armament. I think 8x12" would still be more than adequate for hunting older-fashioned ACs, and still be useful in a battle line engagement. The protection would be would still be useful against similarly armed opponents.

Too much armor and not enough guns. Can you stuff another triple turrent in exchange for a couple of inches or armor?

Far, far too little back for the buck.
Considering that NS have no type 4 dry-docks or slips just the infrastructure upgrades to operate her would make her uneconomic...
As some people have pointed out, a 27 000 ton ship to carry just six 356/L40 guns is not cost-effective.
Also I think you are trying to mount far too many AA guns on her, you are basically adding 100-150 sailors on her without any real combat value, 4-6 75mm+ AA guns would be effective enough, and have the advantage of being able to use them against sea targets as well.
