Antigua?

This is probably an easily answered question, but I wanted to make sure before maybe writing something... Antigua is Confederate, yes? It sure seems that way, but I wanted to make sure nothing happened between the dawn of the third age of the N-verse and my coming aboard that I've missed in my random search engine manipulations exhaustive research. The CSA leases Antigua to the DKB under Swampy, but I think that he never did too much about it. Safe to say, I think it's still Confederate.
