Your turret armour on both is a little lacking, but the 2nd especially. Also 25mm TDS is almost pointless. Your deck is thick to the point that it can stop shells at WWII range..and could be thinned to 75mm and still be very effective at the current battle ranges. Other than that the increased range makes the 2nd a better choice in my mind. Never hurts to be able to go where you want.
