Well, I just got informed that 'bulges', as defined by the interaction between SS2 and Navalism, apparently work in a completely wrong-headed and anti-intuitive way, which was, I am told, the real reason everyone'd thrown a screaming hissy fit at my attempt to fix my starting errors with these ships.

So anyway. One last try.
