Orange Navy Organization

I decided on delineate the organization of the Orange Republic Navy - call it restructuring although there was nothing before it.

Three fleet would be formed. 1st (Atlantic) Fleet (Cape Town) and 2nd (Oriental) Fleet will be tasked with the defense of territorial waters and maintaining naval facilities.

The 3rd fleet would consist of most of the hitting power - the first-line battleships, and scouting/screening forces.

4th Fleet would consist of cruisers, frigates and in the future submarines - ships for showing flag, commerce protection and commerce raiding.

A Squadron will consist of ideally 8 (6-12) ships.
A Division will consist of ideally 4 (3-6) ships.
