*grumble* You know, If I KNEW about said treaties, perhaps my diplomacy would be more flexible. Besides this war was ctw's idea... *grumble*

I am now taking bets on who will be the next country to declare war... Maoria? CSA? France? Austria? RRC? Netherlands? MK? GC?

Well I think MK is ALWAYS at war with NS and they'll probably be busy with RRC. Looks like Netherlands is throwing their lot in with MK vs RRC. So that leaves Maoria (Likely), CSA (Already has ships in the area so probably a given), France (See CSA), Austria (It's war, so probably), and GC (Only if their stuff gets attacked firstly most likely)

Very interesting, cause I have neither invaded Italian territory, declared war on Italy, nor done anything but overflown said territories.

Hmm..I thought NS declared war on Italy at the same time NZ did. My mistake.

Due to diplomatic inaccuracies the previous Declaration of War against the Republic of New Switzerland is hereby cancelled. We appoligize for any inconveniences this act caused. We were misinformed and operating under the principle that New Switzerland had declared war on the Kingdom of Italia. Those responsible for this oversight have been reassigned to the Office of Indigenous Venomous Arachnid Accounting based in Sumbawanga, Viktorialand.


As to the declaration of war against the Kingdom of New Zion, it remains in effect as there is a state of war between said nation and the Kingdom of Italia.

First laying down mines in Swiss territorial waters, then a false deceleration of war... You know, NS really did want to fix relations with the DKB, but it looks like the Maori are winning...

New Zion replies that there is no state of war between it and Italy. New Zion has not declared war on Italy nor does it wish to do so. It is however responding to unwarranted aggression by foreign military forces on Zionite soil.

DKB responds to NZ by stating that mining international waters adjacent to another nations territorial waters and threatening to sink said nations ships if they enter your territorial waters is a defacto declaration of war.

The CSA will remain neutral in a war between Italy and New Zion.
Now, should the Swiss interfere in direct violation of the Dar-es-Salaam Accords (forming an alliance with New Zion, which is illegal)... then the CSA will be forced by Swiss actions to join.

CSA seems to be lagging behind with the news so Japan will remind them: It's war. Dar-es-Salaam is dead. Besides the Swiss are were not limited by Dar-es-Salaam so there is nothing that could be done against them by other nations, only against New Zion. Taking action against the Swiss based on that is just silly and such a nation deserves to burn in hell (though I am sure that, because it involves the Swiss, no one really cares about that and will turn a blind eye should the CSA attack New Switzerland). Also, the CSA's strong dislike of the Swiss was obvious and made them biassed and that, together with the fact that they are an ally of Italy, was what caused the Committee to be no longer neutral.
