I know I am terribly short on cruisers.
But I lost 2 Ulans in the war, so I am down to 5.

I promise to build more :).
And I use my VTE avisos for 2nd line duties usually performed by PCs.

I know I know I need to refit or scrap the majority of my Cruiser I have 20+ Cruisers but none of them currently go faster then 24 Knots.... :)

Avisos, old protected cruisers and 23.99kts ACs are not counted.

Italia-SC-1909, Italia Scout Cruiser laid down 1909 Hercules, Venti are 28 Knot Cruisers.... but these are the only 2 I have in Service at the Moment with the speed to make this list.  I am currently working on the rebuild with new trubines of 6 others that will eventually be able to do over 24 knots. :)

Omitting the Four 13,500 Ton Lena Class Scout Cruisers (High Firepower 6x 12" /Low Armor 3" Belt/1.5" Deck) Made instead of 6 Svetlanas and 2 Ruriks. Maybe these would go on the Frigate List.

I would put them in the Frigate category, as they are very similar to the DKB Molkte-class.
