Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
     5.198 lbs / 2.358 Kg = 50,5 x 5,9 " / 150 mm shells or 0,9 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1,14
   Metacentric height 1,8 ft / 0,5 m
   Roll period: 13,5 seconds
   Steadiness   - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 52 %

The Rock Doctor

You have a weird armor belt warning.

I think the deck armor could be reduced by 10mm, and the 100mm guns don't add much to the design - the combination could probably be traded for a fourth 150mm twin mount.

Otherwise, she strikes me as being rather heavy for her firepower/protection/speed...
