I do have 1910 Tech which is enough for combat planes, the Wrights where dong flights of 30+ minutes with two people in 1906, and Beirlot flew the Channel in 1908.

And it is also missing from your reports.

Unfortunately, I actually looked further than the tech post in the NS encyclopedia... to the H1/1906 report of New Switzerland...

I achieved the cutting edge aircraft tech.

Can I build aircrafts? And how? At airship hangars? Do i need airfield? how much does it cost to build an aircraft? 300 kg, biplane with 100 hp petrol engine and one 7,7 mm gunmashine? Where to take designs. Is there any programm or i need to use historical ones?

These aircrafts has a very limited utility. They can be used for scouting and nuisance raids, but their range is very limited (3-4hr endurance). But more difficult to shot down than airships. Weaponry is limited to hand grenades and pistols.

Here is a general short list of Bombers from World War I

http://www.theaerodrome.com/aircraft/fighter_timeline.php

Here is a list of the Fighters

If one looks at the bomber section It will note 1916 Aircraft which require the 1913 historic 1916 Aircraft tech and the 1914 Advanced IC Engines with up too 200 HP Aircraft engines.  The problem is only the fighter have aircraft engines in 1916 of less than 200 HP.  The Large Bombers like the ones on the bomber list and the one I have pasted in below all exceed 250 HP.

So by 1917 historical aircraft had reached this stage....

So I take it your question is what to do about the HP issue, correct? I always figured if you had the Tech for the year the plane was used, and similar engine Tech, all was good, but I never really looked at the HP issue before. I defer to those who know more/make decisions.

Exactly I was looking oh 2 to 3 years down the road to our 1916/1917 basically what Techs I would need to build a historical 1916 Heavy Bomber.  The Heavy Bombers and large medium seaplane all have Engines way over 200 HP.  My plan was to build a few large seaplanes for Maritime Reconisance around some of my territories and maybe even stage a raid on enemy harbor installations.

I expected these raids to be about as effective as the historic raids basically some scattered damage maybe some damage to real ships if lucky.  I also expected the loss ratio to the aircraft to be around 25% even if the enemy doesnt have high angle AAA.  :)

But the Issue is if we follow the rules limiting Engine to 200 HP then none of the real 1916 Bomber Aircraft can be built.
