What's the operating radius at full speed?  The bunkerage seems rather low.

ledeper

about 225 nm at full speed

Around 250nm i would say, but i have not re-simmed.
But that is a bit on the low side, so more range would be a good tinhg. There are some weight left untill the design get to 1000ton, so using that for more range would not be a bad idea. :)

A)Cross-sectional is too low:0.44
B)Trim it up for lower stability as you have plenty to spend:1.34
C)This will increase steadiness, which is low:51%
and may even increase seakeeping a little, which is also low, especially for the North Sea:1.02?

Probably increase beam, it should help w/ A & C

Better, but you still have alot of excess stability and low steadiness. Plus, IMO the range is still short.

Overall, me like lots. :)
Just two things, the engine year should be 1912, and I think the hoists are unnecessary. When a ship in unarmoured the deck lockers are not all that much more vulnerable then shells stored in a magazine below water. So one can just have lots of "ready" ammo on a DD, saving quite allot of weight, weight that can be used to correct the engine year, and maybe increase speed half a knot or so. :)

Quote2 Hoists
Light/protected cruisers should have hoists with the gun mounts if the appropriate technology was researched. Destroyers of WWI had no hoists for individual guns.
A cruiser without hoists have lower sustained RoF, and is more vulnerable due to the ammo exposed on the deck.
