I would like to see that beaut on your shipyard.

And if you build a copy, I'm willing to pay for it.

Im not likely to build a BC not really fond of a ship thats gun tempt you to put in the Battle Line but who's armor make them go boom if you do.   I'm going to go with some scout cruisers an accept the fact that if they spot a BC they will in all likelyhood barely be able to keep the range open while calling for help.  They may die but I intend to put some big guns on the rear primarily and hope to make the BC pay for killing my cruiser if I attach DD Flottilla's to the Scout Cruisers they should be able to make any Single BC regret chasing them for about the same cost and be able to scout a wider swath of Ocean.

In the battle line with others BBs, engage enemy cruisers or help BBs to do the job.
4 kts superior speed just for a certain liberty in the squadron.

This BC is not made to run after enemy BC.
When enemy BC want action...
Come on ...
Catch me...
And now, are you ready to receive 1200lb shells ?
Jef  ;)

For that I think 10-11" guns would suffice.
A turret farm with 5 or 6 twins.
Armour no thicker than 6-7".
